Aurore Andre, Founder & CEO
Aurore Andre founded Azapharm in 2013 with a vision to bring together key players in the medical innovation, healthcare, and life sciences industries. A respected leader in the field, Aurore has made it Azapharm’s mission to promote open innovation through strategic collaboration, building bridges between Academia, Industry, Investors, and NGOs to improve patient outcomes.
Expertise & Experience
Aurore’s background spans the full spectrum of healthcare innovation. Prior to founding Azapharm, she served as the Business Development and Strategy Director (E.U – U.S) for a prominent European consulting and R&D service firm (CRO). In this capacity, she gained extensive experience in the private and public healthcare sectors, managing complex strategic initiatives.
Currently, she leverages this experience to guide companies through go-to-market strategies in highly regulated environments. Her work focuses on the strategic, regulatory, and market implications of clinical development, helping companies navigate the journey from early-stage strategy to global market access.
Advocacy & Leadership
Beyond her consulting work, Aurore is a dedicated Independent Board Member, offering governance and strategic oversight to organizations in the life sciences sector. She is also a passionate advocate for mental health, actively working to raise awareness and drive impactful change in the field. Additionally, she continues to contribute to the industry as an evaluator of European Commission grants and funding schemes.
Education
Aurore holds a degree from Sciences Po in Paris, a Master’s degree in biomedical innovation, and an MBA from Sorbonne University.
